Alicia Quirk

Alicia ‘Quirky’ Quirk made the transition from touch football to rugby sevens in 2013. Born in Wagga Wagga, the 24 year old won the Touch Football World Cup in 2011 in Scotland. Known as one of the fittest on the field, she was a part of history in 2016 when the Australian side won their first World Series after an exceptional season then the first ever Olympic Gold Medal in Women’s Sevens. Alicia is currently taking Portuguese lessons in her spare time and is studying a Bachelor of Physiotherapy through Charles Sturt University.
